"I am so happy with my experience with Cool Springs HD. Although we have a HD dealer here in town, I was not happy with the selection, so we started checking out other area HD dealers and was pleased with the great selection your dealership had to offer. Our salesman was David Elder, who is awesome! We drove down, and two hours later we had a brand new 2008 Dyna Wide Glide. My credit is not the best, yet he was still able to get me financed as promised and with no endless waiting. Would absolutely recommend! Also, I emailed the service department and asked about the first 1000 mile service, and received an anwer right away. I had no intentions of purchasing a bike, but two weeks later, I submitted a credit application and with the help of David Elder, I was approved. "I bought a new 105th Anniversary Ultra at Cool Springs Harley Davidson and it was the best purchase I have gotten. We went into the dealership just to look around and I left the new owner of our Ultra. We live about 100 miles from the dealership and have a dealership 5 miles from our home. The treatment we receive from this dealership by far over exceeds any we have gotten from any other dealership. The sales people there are awesome. They are friendly and go out of their way to help you find and purchase the items you want. We have been dealing with this dealership now for over a year and I can honestly say that we have never left there without a smile on our face. David (our salesman) and everyone else was just the greatest. My brother bought a used Ultra from there after we took him there, and he just went into there to get floorboards for his old Harley, but the treatment and the deal they gave him, he just couldn't leave without his Ultra. He has been happy with it from day one. I am writing this because of the treatment we get when we go in there and also on the phone. Cool Springs Harley is just the greatest. So let me tell you it is worth your time to just go into there and see for yourself the great treatment you will receive from there. "I'm from St Louis, Missouri where there are lots of Harley Dealers and I've purchased many bikes over the years from them. I stumbled across Cool Springs Harley on the internet and and thought I would email them to see what they could for me on my new purchase..Well, I got immediate response and let me tell you they made the deal so good and so easy I drove 6 hours to buy my new bike from these guys instead of right here in St Louis. Charlie and Dave have made a customer for life out of me. I'm planning on buying another bike this fall and you can bet I'll be traveling to Franklin, Tennessee to buy that. "My first experience riding was with a friend in Florida. No helmet laws - wow, what a feeling! I've never felt so free - it's like flying, you smell everything, see everything differently. Growing up with no friends who ride and having no friends who ride now, it was definitely an eye opening experience. I decided to get my license. Went through the effort of scheduling the class, paying my fee, and spent a night and a weekend there. Even waited in line at the DMV. But, now, things have stalled. New bikes are really expensive. I'm happy to get a used bike. But where do I start? Who do I trust? I got a copy of the motorcycle book at the newstand that has used bikes, but it was overwhelming. Not sure I should trust a dealer - how does he know what's best for me? How do I know the bike is even in good shape? And it doesn't really matter as no one speaks to me when I show up at the dealer, anyways. And if I get a bike, who am I going to ride with? How do I know what to do? I've spent a grand total of 8 hours on a bike, I don't really know how to ride? And hence, as of today, I still have no bike. But I still have the dream of one day being a rider. As the days go by, my guess is the likelihood of me becoming a rider diminishes, but every time I come th H-D Cool Springs I am excited about the possibility of the final day when I do make my Harley purchase. I do still have genuine hope to be a rider and buy the bike of my dreams. H-D Cool Springs seems like the logical place to do busniess....at least for me. Maybe I'll date a rider, then he can help me :) "
