Attn Rich, My name is Brian Harris and I wanted to let you know that your entire staff went above and beyond my expectations. I have been looking at the HD Fat Bob for a while now and have visited 4 different locations. Your location was by far the most professional and nice staff I have met. I was not planning on buying yesterday but between the white fat bob and your staff starting, I knew it was time to go ahead. Larry Martin was my first contact and he gracefully walked me through the entire buying process. When I stopped in the next day to get my car, he immediately remembered my name and told me to call his cell anytime I have questions. I own a financial planning firm and I should have taken notes from your operation. Everyone in every department was very knowledgeable and very gracious with their time. Larry B really helped me figure out what I need and explained why it would benefit me. Chris made the financing process very painless. I also looked at other makes and models, but I have fallen in love with Harley and your operation. You have done a great job in hiring and making sure you have the right staff in place. As a new rider I was looking for a simple starter bike, a Sportster. After checking out other H-D dealerships, Cool Springs was by far the best one. After checking out new & used bikes, I went with a new '09 Sportster 883 Low. Financing was a cinch & the staff put 100% into getting me on a bike that was exactly what I was looking for. When I decide to trade-up, I'm going back to Cool Springs. Thanks to the staff for all your help.
